Sin embargo, se anticipa que la oferta de nuevas viviendas no satisfar\u00e1 completamente la formaci\u00f3n de nuevos hogares, manteniendo as\u00ed el impulso en los precios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se prev\u00e9 que factores como la reducci\u00f3n de los tipos de inter\u00e9s, la mejora en el poder adquisitivo de las familias y el aumento poblacional seguir\u00e1n impulsando la demanda de viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0fa529533199724b63ca454a2f24ef47\"><strong><em>Problema de accesibilidad<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n subraya un desaf\u00edo continuo en cuanto a la accesibilidad a la vivienda en grandes ciudades. Una oferta limitada podr\u00eda resultar en un aumento de precios por encima del crecimiento de la renta disponible, complicando a\u00fan m\u00e1s el acceso a la vivienda en \u00e1reas urbanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El a\u00f1o 2024 marc\u00f3 un cambio notable con un aumento del 8.1% en el n\u00famero de operaciones inmobiliarias y una aceleraci\u00f3n en los precios, contrastando con la desaceleraci\u00f3n experimentada en 2023. Este impulso fue impulsado por un entorno financiero m\u00e1s favorable, aumentos en la renta disponible, y la creciente demanda tanto de compradores nacionales como extranjeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe de CaixaBank Research concluye que el sector inmobiliario ha pasado de un per\u00edodo de desaceleraci\u00f3n a una fase de expansi\u00f3n, augurando un panorama optimista para el a\u00f1o
